Ocean, NJ Automobile Accident Lawsuit Settles For $690,000

An injured woman recently settled her Ocean, New Jersey auto accident case for $690,000. The underlying motor vehicle accident occurred in September 2012 on Logan Road, when her car was hit by a vehicle that ran a stop sign at an intersection. The resulting injuries were extensive and included spinal fusion surgery, a pelvic fusion and internal fixation. After the accident, the woman was able to return to her job as a hair and makeup artist, though in a limited capacity. The parties sued in the action included the negligent driver and the owner of the offending automobile.
